About the role

As a Site Manager, you will work at project locations throughout the U.S. providing world class installation services.  You’ll be organizing work sites and facilities, coordinating the flow of information between the office and work crews.  You’ll also help put project plans in motion ensuring they meet agreed specifications, budgets and timelines, safety and task training requirements, and ensure all site activities lead to successful completion. It is likely that no two days will be the same as a site manager.

 

In this role, you will…

  • Act as the main liaison with customers, project managers and engineering staff
  • Perform routine safety inspections and find corrective solutions to issues
  • Supervise and motivate the workforce
  • Lead problem solving with team collaboration
  • Maintain quality control procedures
  • Use computer applications to report a variety of specialized reporting methods
  • Provide detailed project communication routinely at meeting
  • Oversee all deliveries, monitor shortages and drive replacement components

  • Understand that honesty, sincerity and integrity are important to the DCS team
